This tumbler test device demonstrates full compliance with the ISO 3271 standard for measuring the abrasion and impact resistance of iron ore pellets, lumps, and sinter. It is ideal for impact and abrasion tests, offering precise results in accordance with the standard’s requirements.

Product Description
  • Tumbler Dimension: Inner Diameter of 1000 mm x Inner Width of 500 mm
  • Tumbler Material: Made of 5 mm thick steel sheet
  • The tumbler rotates at 25± 1 rpm.
  • By the aid of a digital revolution counter device, it automatically stops at the predetermined number of revolutions.
  • Provided with one sample collecting tray which is made of 2 mm thick steel sheet.
  • All the system is enclosed with a protective steel sheet cabinet, with two front lids with safety switches.
  • When the front lids are open the machine will stop automatically and will not start when the lids are open.
